Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, absolutely. All payments are processed through India's trusted UPI (Unified Payments Interface) infrastructure. We never store your UPI ID or any payment credentials on our servers.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us at arishkalirastudio@gmail.com or through our contact form as soon as possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an email confirmation with order details immediately after placing your order, and another with tracking information once it is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept UPI payments via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all other UPI-enabled apps. Additional payment methods (cards, net banking, COD) may be added in the future.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We are an online-first store delivering to all pin codes across India. Orders above ₹2,000 get FREE shipping. A flat ₹99 fee applies to smaller orders.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available for select cities at an additional charge of ₹199.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account and visit "My Orders" to track in real time.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship only within India. International delivery is on our roadmap — please drop us an email if you are interested and we will update you.
How is the order packaged?
Every order is individually bubble-wrapped and placed in our signature gift box, making it perfect for gifting. The box is then sealed in a tamper-evident outer pouch for safe transit.

What materials are used?
Our kalira and welcome mala are handcrafted using premium quality materials. Sarees and lehangas are made from high-quality fabrics. The exact material and fabric details are listed on each product page.
Do you offer custom or personalised orders?
Yes! We love custom work. For personalised kalira, welcome mala, saree, or lehanga, email us at arishkalirastudio@gmail.com with your requirements, colour preferences, and timeline. Custom orders typically take 7–10 business days.
Are the products exactly as shown in photos?
We photograph every product in natural light for the most accurate representation. Minor colour variations may appear due to screen settings. If in doubt, email us for additional photos.
Do your products come with any warranty?
All products carry a 30-day manufacturing defect warranty. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the delivery date for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom/personalised orders are non-returnable.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at arishkalirastudio@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and reason. We will confirm eligibility and schedule a free reverse pickup from your address.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size or design?
Yes! Exchanges are welcome within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Email us and we will check availability before you ship the item back.
