Yes, absolutely. All payments are processed through India's trusted UPI (Unified Payments Interface) infrastructure. We never store your UPI ID or any payment credentials on our servers.

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation with order details immediately after placing your order, and another with tracking information once it is dispatched.

Yes! We are an online-first store delivering to all pin codes across India. Orders above ₹2,000 get FREE shipping. A flat ₹99 fee applies to smaller orders.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available for select cities at an additional charge of ₹199.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account and visit "My Orders" to track in real time.

We currently ship only within India. International delivery is on our roadmap — please drop us an email if you are interested and we will update you.

Every order is individually bubble-wrapped and placed in our signature gift box, making it perfect for gifting. The box is then sealed in a tamper-evident outer pouch for safe transit.

Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality brass with 18K/22K gold plating, genuine pearls, kundan stones, and premium alloys. The exact material is listed on each product page.

With proper care, our gold plating lasts 1–2 years. To extend its life: avoid water, perfume, and chemicals; wipe dry after wear; and store in the provided anti-tarnish pouch.

Yes! We love custom work. For personalised kalira, bangles, or bridal sets, email us at arishkalirastudio@gmail.com with your design idea, size requirements, and preferred timeline. Custom orders typically take 7–10 business days.

We photograph every product in natural light for the most accurate representation. Minor colour variations may appear due to screen settings. If in doubt, email us for additional photos.

All products carry a 30-day manufacturing defect warranty. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost.

We offer a 7-day return window from the delivery date for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom/personalised orders are non-returnable.

Email us at arishkalirastudio@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and reason. We will confirm eligibility and schedule a free reverse pickup from your address.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Yes! Exchanges are welcome within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Email us and we will check availability before you ship the item back.
