Once received, we inspect the item (1–2 business days) to confirm it meets return conditions.
Refund Processed
Refund is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
We happily exchange items for a different size or design within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. The item must be in original, unused condition. Contact us to check stock before initiating an exchange. If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference must be paid.
